Every handset runs identical firmware — the chip ID is the only thing that tells them apart. Register it here, then the board identifies itself with nothing provisioned onto it.

Calling cards arrive already pointing at a YapYap — there is nothing to set up. A card works in any YapYap, so whoever holds one of these can ring this one. Lost a card? Switch it off here and it stops working everywhere, immediately.
